Shipping & Returns

Orders are packed within up to 7 business days of purchase. Some pieces are made-to-order or restocked on request, which is why we allow a full week. During holiday and pop-up weeks, please allow a few extra days. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your order ships, with tracking included.

We ship nationwide within the United States via UPS Ground from our Atlanta, GA studio, with full insurance on every parcel.

• ·Standard transit: 1–7 business days after processing
• ·Local Atlanta pickup or free delivery: available within 5 miles of our storefront

Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on UPS Ground rates from our Atlanta studio (30328) to your address.

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't quite right, you may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (less original shipping).

• ·Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
• ·Returns are accepted from US addresses only.
• ·Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Final sale: earrings (for hygiene), custom or personalized pieces, and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right — promptly and personally.
